What I Do
I go with you through the whole visit: registration, the doctor's consultation, the pharmacy and payment. I translate between you and the doctors, nurses and pharmacists, explain what's happening at each step, and handle the paperwork so you understand exactly what you're signing and paying for.

How It Works

Are you a doctor?
No. I'm a licensed tour guide and Zhejiang Provincial Museum docent, not a medical professional. I don't diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. What I do is translate for you and walk you through the process — registration, seeing the doctor, the pharmacy, payment — so nothing gets lost in translation.
What are your service hours?
7:00–23:00 every day. Outside those hours I'll still do my best to reply, but I can't guarantee immediate availability.
Can you pick me up at my hotel?
Yes. Round-trip transport between your hotel (or the airport) and the hospital is included in the $100 visit fee.
Which hospitals do you go to?
Public hospitals in Hangzhou that accept foreign visitors. I know which ones have international clinics or English-speaking staff, and I'll recommend one based on your situation and what's covered by your insurance.
Can I get reimbursed by my travel insurance?
Ask your insurer. The hospital will issue an invoice for your medical costs — keep it for your claim.
How do I pay you?
My fee via Alipay, WeChat Pay, or cash. Your hospital fees — registration, examination, medicine — you pay directly to the hospital, not to me.

For anything life-threatening, call 120 (ambulance) or 119 first — don't wait for me. For a non-emergency, message me on WhatsApp and I'll pick you up at your hotel, go with you to a public hospital that accepts foreign visitors, and interpret at registration, the doctor, the pharmacy and payment. My fee is $100 per visit.
