Yes β airport pickup and drop-off at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) are available as an additional service. Jacky will meet you at the arrival hall with a sign and make sure you're back in time for your flight; pricing depends on your itinerary.
The guide fee covers Jacky and the vehicle for the day: private bilingual guiding (English/Chinese), a comfortable SUV for up to 4 guests, hotel & railway-station pickup and drop-off, and museum docent explanations. Airport pickup and drop-off cost extra; entrance tickets, meals, and hotel accommodation are paid separately on site.
Yes β solo travelers are welcome, and the price is per private group (up to 4 guests), not per person. Many of Jacky's guests travel alone, so you get a private tour without waiting for a group.
Jacky provides professional bilingual guiding in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Basic Spanish and German can be accommodated, though tour explanations are mainly in English or Chinese.
Cancellations are handled flexibly and fairly, and rescheduling is generally free (subject to availability on the new date). If Jacky ever needs to cancel, you receive a full refund. Just let him know as early as possible.
For hiking routes like Moganshan and the Longjing tea villages, bring comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, sun protection (hat/sunscreen), and a light jacket depending on the season. Detailed packing suggestions come with your personalized itinerary.

For applicable direct private-tour bookings, a 30% deposit may be required to reserve the date. The exact requirement depends on the tour type and booking arrangement and will be stated in your quote.
