   Share your travel dates, number of guests, hotel or pickup point, main interests, and any timing or mobility needs. For transit visits, please also share your arrival and departure details.

   Receive your customized itinerary and quote

   I'll suggest a practical private itinerary based on your available time, interests, pickup point, and walking pace. Your quote will explain what is included and what may cost extra.

   Confirm the itinerary and payment terms

   Before payment, I'll confirm the itinerary, date, group size, pickup details, included services, and the payment arrangement that applies to your booking.

   Pay the deposit when required

   For applicable direct private-tour bookings, a 30% deposit may be required to reserve the date. The exact deposit requirement depends on the tour type and agreed booking arrangement.

   Receive booking confirmation

   After the required deposit is received, I'll confirm the booking details and meeting arrangements.

6. 6

   Meet Jacky in Hangzhou

   On the agreed date, I'll meet you at the confirmed hotel, airport, station, or other pickup point and follow the agreed itinerary.

Payment Terms May Vary

Different tour types and booking arrangements may have different payment requirements. A short private tour, a multi-day itinerary, an airport-related arrangement, or a specially planned route may not follow exactly the same payment process. Your quote or booking confirmation will state the applicable deposit, remaining balance, payment method, payment timing, and any relevant booking conditions.
